Sunday is a bit of an admin day on Bicycle Made for Two. This is when we will do announcements, coming-ups and shout out to all you lovely Cambridgeshire Suppliers to tell you how you can get involved.

We are not an exclusive party! We have a team of bloggers who cover cakes, flowers, vintage styling, stationery and photography but that does not mean that you can’t get involved if you do that too. We are open to all Cambridgeshire suppliers and we won’t be leaving anyone out!

So what can we do for you?

1. First and foremost the best way to get your business onto Bicycle Made for Two is to be featured in a Real Wedding. If your product has been used in a wedding that you’ve been particularly proud of then ask for the photographers details and suggest they get in touch with us. We publish two real weddings every week at the moment and these are by far our most popular days on the blog.

2. Run a competition. This is a great way to promote yourself as we share our competitions regularly on social media. There will be a new competition every month and we recommend offering one main prize and a promotion (such as 15% off) to all entrants. The winners need to agree to share their wedding with us on BMFT so it is a great way to guarantee coverage on the blog. Get in touch if you think you have something to offer!

3. Have one of your products featured on the blog (and earn our ‘featured product’ badge to promote on your website or social media platforms). Products are chosen at the editors discretion. Share your favourite items on our Facebook Group (Vintage Weddings in Cambridgeshire) to be in with a chance of being chosen. Please read the rules of posting to the group carefully before you submit your products.

4. Let us interview you for the blog. We feature a different supplier every Saturday in our ‘Meet The Suppliers‘ post. We’ll email you a list of questions to answer and ask for 10 photos that represent your business. Take a look at our interviews with Katie Humphrey from Buns and Roses and Harriet Bull from Kissing Otters who have already featured on the blog.

5. Write a featured post for us. This can be on absolutely anything but we recommend writing about something related to your business or product. Submissions of blog posts come with a free one-month advert for every post you submit and it is a great way to showcase your expertise in your field. We would love to hear your advice for brides.

6. Launch a product with us or send us a photo shoot. We want to see what you are up to and to tell Cambridgeshire Brides all about it! Maybe you have got some new dresses in store, you’ve designed a new invitation or you are offering a new service. Please let us know as we would love to shout about it for you.

Kirsty xx
